In school reopening process priority will be given for out-of-school children bacause they are being severely abused said the minister.

Studies show that children who are out of school for 6 months may lose the knowledge they had for two years. As a result, it is planned to give priority to children during reopening said.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), children are less susceptible to the spread of the virus than others. Based on this the minister said by following and implementing the preventive methods schools will be reopened accordingly.

When schools reopened Its planned to give education in 3 shifts in large cities such as Addis Ababa, where the spread of the virus is widespread.

Education will also start by employing preventive measures in areas far from major cities where the spread of the virus is not a threat said the minister.
