On the discussion Ministry of Women and Children, Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Agriculture, senior prosperity officials of all regions and heads of regional bureaus have participated.

Schools that were closed due to the Corona virus are reopened after nine months, but students were not attending their regular classes as expected.

His Excellency Getahun Mekuria (PhD) the Minister of Education has said the nation-wide campaign entitled with "Lets back to school" will start on this Friday and the campaign will stay for five consecutive days.

The minister added  that all Education sector offices and  communities will take part in the home to home mobilizing campaign of ensuring the work of bringing  back students to their regular classes.

The minister has also called on the sector offices and parents  to play their part in the efforts to bring students back to school.
