Developing Adult Basic Education Program Curriculum frame work; Adult and non-formal Education Strategy manuals and guide lines; Developing the Implementation manuals for Educational Through measurement, Minimum earning Competency and Facilitate Skill.

•      The desk shall have the role and responsibilities of preparing plan; leading and coordinating tasks; monitoring and evaluating; developing strategies and projects; analyzing and expanding best practices;

•     It also shall have the responsibilities installing execution and enforcement system; putting in place monitoring and evaluation mechanisms; coordinating preparation of guidelines and curriculum documents; leading and coordinating capacity building training programs for non-formal education such as night, distance, accelerating learning, family base, adult, migrants, short term vocational education and training skills and a life time education and training programs.

•      The desk also shall have the role and responsibilities of building institutional performance and quality that benefit youths and adults via a life time education and training. It shall have the responsibilities of enabling the youths and adults to improve and modernize their professional skills and build their economic capabilities as well as national production and productivity.
